Returning Items

If you are a private customer and the right of withdrawal applies to the lot you wish to return, you can notify the return within 14 days of receipt by following these steps:

Notify the Return To notify a return, you must send the completed withdrawal form to GSD Auctions B.V.

Send the Lot Once you have completed the form, GSD Auctions B.V. will provide you with the address to which the package should be sent.

Have you received the correct address details and the seller's name from us? Follow these steps:

Pack the Lot Securely: Ideally, use the original shipping box. The packaging is part of the product and should be in good condition. Ensure that you send the lot complete and do not forget any accessories or documents!

Attach the Shipping Label: (which you need to request yourself) to the lot, making sure all information is clearly visible.

Send via a Parcel Service: Request a Track & Trace code or shipping confirmation. Keep this safe until you receive confirmation of the return from the seller. You must cover the cost of return shipping yourself.

Once the seller has received and inspected the return, they will send you a confirmation by email. This email will also include more information about the refund.
